2. ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT

(a) Purple Cow Capital, LLC / purplecowcapital.com is not a lender and does not make loans or credit decisions. (b) Purple Cow Capital, LLC also provides small and midsized businesses with Mentoring, Marketing and Consulting services.

5. FEES

(a) Businesses submitting an application for business funding to Purple Cow Capital, LLC / purplecowcapital.com incur no cost.  (Please see https://purplecowcapital.com/disclaimer/ for further details.) 

(b) Fees for Purple Cow Capital’s Mentoring, Marketing and Consulting services will be discussed in advance and itemized in a written proposal.  You have the right to decline our services if you do not agree to the fees, and we will make every effort to see that any fees and other charges are clear and understood.

6. ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You authorize Purple Cow Capital, LLC and its representatives to use the Application Information you provide for purposes related to offered services only.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

By using the site or services you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Purple Cow Capital, LLC and its employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, losses, and expenses, arising out of your use of the site or services or your inability to use the site or services. These services include the use of any third-party site or services. This includes your failure to provide accurate and current Application and Account Information.

You will not use this site for illegal purposes. All use of the site and services falls under the terms and conditions of this Agreement and all applicable laws.
